Significantly Disappointing - no way 5 star
Lobby very shabby. Relaxing outside evening chill area, non existent. Sports bar overrun with low class party people. Decking at outside restaurant broken and dangerous. Pools overcrowded. Has lots ...

Great stay
We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s a very clean pretty hotel -well maintained and a welcoming mix with party life of Ibiza as well having the benefits of all inclusive hotel

Extraordinary
There is a restaurant open 24x7 without extra cost if you paid for an all included service. The room and spa are very comfortable. Service is excellent and the location perfect.
