"Our stay at GTower was just perfect!"
Everything was amazing, from the never-ending breakfast which included everything from both Asian and Western cuisines to the outstanding room. I appreciate the effort the staff put in helping us with any questions and providing tips for exploring the city. My favorite part of the day was blowing off some steam in the amazing gym, heading to the sauna, and then to the massage chairs by the infinite pool at the terrace. Then a kick shower and off to the skybar! Also, I really appreciate the effort they put at reducing their carbon footprint. GTower is really the perfect place if you’re planing to visit or work at Kuala Lumpur. Would definitely stay there again!
"Fantastic hotel and lovely stay!"
The service is excellent, with kind and efficient staff that would assist you with anything you may need. The room is spacious, comfortable and luxurious! Comfy and huge bed, and a great variety of pillows to choose from. I loved the detail that all the toiletries are from L'Occitane, my favorite brand ever! Also, the complimentary tea and coffee in the room were just delicious. The breakfast was the best we've had in Asia! Amazing buffet with the widest variety we've ever seen (from Malaysian and Asian typical dishes to all types of western options). Everything was of the best quality and the views from the dinning room are just great! We also enjoyed the hotel facilities a lot: great infinity pool (loved the detail that they use salty water instead of chemicals), complimentary massage chairs, sauna, and a perfectly equipped gym (that also included classes, from yoga to marcial arts or spinning). The location is very convenient, it's on a main street with lots of things going on nearby and all public transportation just by the door. But you don't really need to leave the hotel to enjoy a good night, since there is a great bar at the terrance, with amazing views, and another one at the street level with live music and great ambience. And a very important thing that I loved about this hotel is that they care about the environment. It's a green certified building with a lot of mesures to save water and energy. As a frequent traveler, I like to support companies I share values with and GTower hotel is definitely one of them. Do not doubt to stay here in your next visit to KL!
"Nice Hotel and Very Accomodating and Friendly Staff"
It was great staying at G Tower Hotel, We stayed for 5 days and we enjoyed our stay here, The staff was very accomodating, very helpful & friendly especially Syabil Zalimi and Shahir Bishan. The hotel is very clean, and it was just about 5-8 mins walk going to Petronas Tower. I cannot believe cheap it was staying here for the kind of hotel it is, it was definitely very worth of staying here. Food was very nice too, i love the Nasi Goreng with chicken satey that they served me.. was very wonderful experience in KL. :)
We stayed in gtower for couple of nights and we chose the hotel because my son and I had some matter to be cleared at the US embassy. And it is walking distance from the place we stayed. Approximately 8 or 10 minutes.. So it is quite convenient for us to commute ourselves. Our room merely simple and decent, clean and suits business people like us. The breakfast area is fairly cozy but the food variety and taste I think the kitchen team can use a little or more favour. I don't know, probably just my taste buds practically unfair. Anyhow, Fadzir concierge man has been so helpful although he's just doing his typical job to offer assistance, but he has done so well and helped us with flight tickets confirmation, printed out our boarding passes and appreciate the gestures towards me and my son. He managed to arrange our transport to the airport. Well done! Thanks for doing the extra miles and keep it neat man!
"Business hotel with no sun bathing area"
This hotel is within a complex of other types of business you need to go to the far lifts and go up to reception to book in. The room was clean a good size and had a view to the opposite side to the twin tower, a large building stopped any view of the towers. The two pools which are both outdoor have no outdoor seating or sun beds as these were all under cover, we didn't use the pool for this reason and moved hotels as we wanted to relax in the sun. The hotel had very much a business feel, never saw any staff unless at breakfast and even then they didn't seat us just took our room number pointed to the breakfast area. The hotel felt more like serviced apartment within a complex, the gym was a members gym used by the public, the equipment was great but closed earlier at weekends which meant we only got to use it the once. The twin towers were with walking distance, the underground was very close so good location to get around.
