The H10 Villa de la Reina hotel is in the cosmopolitan avenue Gran Via, right in the centre of Madrid. The Gran Via underground station is just 50 metres away from the hotel, and the airport is only 12km away.
Super HotelComment of V. Kassandra / Elvis , France the 2016-12-01
We stayed here for 4 nights in May over the weekend of my birthday. Its location couldn't be better. Its about mid-way along the Gran Via and so in walking distance for just about all Madrid's main sights. The hotel has a traditional Spanish feel to it. That's not to say it isn't modern and stylish. It is but unlike many hotels these days, where you could be staying anywhere, it has a strong Spanish identity. The rooms are a bit on the small side but are very clean, stylish and have all mod cons. The free wifi was also very good, both in room and throughout the hotel, including in the lobby bar, which served great and reasonably proced cocktails. Oh and the staff were great too. Very efficient, pleasant and helpful.Comment of D. Rhona , United Kingdom the 2015-05-12

Buen hotel. He estado en dos ocasiones y siempre genial. Buena ubicacion, limpio, bonita decoracion, buen desayuno y personal atento. Solo una pega, mi habitacion daba a Gran via y el aislamiento de las habitaciones no es lo mejor.Comment of L. Isabel , Spain the 2014-01-29
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.Comment of S. Brian , United Kingdom the 2014-01-26
Muy bonito el hotel. Con unas vistas a la Gran Vía espectaculares. No oye nada de ruido. La última noche no funcionó el aire acondicionado. Personal muy amable. Limpieza un 10. Gracias.Comment of D. Antje , Spain the 2013-10-13
"Recent trip to Madrid"
Perfect location close to city center and tourist attractions. For visitors from US: no electricity adapters "US to Europe" in the hotel or in nearby stores, which is amazing that lot of hotels in Europe have built-in electricity outlets that are compatible. Overall experience was still very good!
"great central hotel"
My wife and I stayed in this wonderful hotel. The location is excellent on the Gran Via close to many shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good with lots of choice and catering for various allergens. Our room was very large and quiet even though it is situated on a busy main road. The red tour bus stops close to the hotel and you can hop on and off as often as you want thoughout the day. we had a wonderful time all in all and will return in the future
"Warm place at the center of everything"
A Very Beautiful place... At the middle of the city... Nice stay... Very good services... Beautiful rooms... Recommemded for both family and individuals... Very Nice team and very good welcome and a great boutique for both reading and drinking...
"Perfect boutique hotel in the center"
Location is excellent. The other side of Gran Via is the centro that gets you to all historical sights. At the back is the Chueca area, perfect place to do tapeo or bar hopping. The Gran Via itself provides close access to major shops and theaters. The hotel amenities are excellent and the hotel bar serves good tapas and drinks too. Best part was the view of Gran Via from the room. Be sure to book a room with a view. If you are traveling as group, you may find the rooms small, but perfect for solo travelers or couples
"Nice hotel but really really small room"
This hotel was part of a package deal and since it was really inexpensive I didn't complain. The room (bed) had about 1 foot on each side. Nice size tv but only 2 English speaking channels. There was a Nespresso machine but for some reason for 6 nights they only wanted to give me 4 coffee pods. I had to snitch a bunch more off the maids cart when she wasn't looking. there was a fridge not sure how cold it was as after 3 days my wine was cool. The bathroom was nice large but no tub to soak feet at end of day. The staff in the lobby were very helpful that is going for the bar too. Prices are really low in Madrid so you can treat yourself to a few drinks at about half what it is in the USA. The breakfast is pretty average for European hotels. Same stuff everyday but a great staff who will make the cappuccino for you if they think you are going to mess with their machine. Nice guy made me a coffee every morning. All in all being the room was so small I'd book in there again but look for a bigger room.
