"One of the best 5 star experience "
Hilton Beijing was a wonderful experience in luxury. The rooms were awesome with luxury and comfort to the last detail. Access to The executive lounge with unlimited drinks and snacks was wonderful. The staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. The unisex saloon on the ground floor also offered good service.
"short business stay"
good staff and management, nice location in centre of Beijing, outdated rooms, 5 star fasclities, excellent coffee bar, nice breakfast and good convention rooms.reception check in and check out is very smooth special for Hilton Honors members
"Good, clean friendly"
The Hilton provides a convenient base when working from Beijing The staff are always very helpful and friendly ( and speak very good English) My room was clean, spacious and well equipped The fitness center is very good
"Definitely below Hilton average standard"
Check-in was a hussle as their computers did not work and they could not find my booking. It took at least 15 minutes to read through all guest names of the day and finally find me. I was not upgraded, neither did I get early check-in for free although I'm a HH member. Receptionists do not speak good English, but of course it may be considered acceptable as it is Beijing after all. My agency had prepaid the stay, however I was also charged by the hotel. Finally got my refund from the agency, not the hotel. I will definitely not stay there again. I liked the swimming pool, breakfast was ok. Room was relatively worn out and windows were dirty.
Great location and really good hotel, circa 10 miles from forbidden city and Tiananmen Square. Good service and very well equipped rooms. Breakfast is exceptional quality and service Highly recommended hotel. Note if planning to visit Great Wall it is about 1 hour away by car
