Bad service
Bad everything, no collaboration to accommodations for ADA and no support to amenities promised, sadly last time for me
Lovely stay
The staff are very welcoming and they have great hospitality especially Marwa and the manager Katelyn who let us check out at 12 PM instead of 10 AM

Old and Needs Remodeling
The rooms are in desperate need of remodeling. The bed was so old that it was caving in the middle. This was not the hilton standard that I am used to as a diamond member.
Great Location to Disney
The hotel itself is an amazing location to Disney. It was nice to have something nearby, but not in the midst of everything Disney. The location was ideal with shopping and other food places nearby. ...
