Great location across from Alameda Park. Easy walk through the park to the Palacio de Bellas Artes, the Zocolo, the National Palace, the Templo Mayor, the Cathedral, the Diego Rivera Mural Museum, the House of Tiles, the National Museum of Art, etc.
"the best hilton ever"
modern, clean, comfortable business hotel in a great location. The entire staff were very friendly. The food in this hotel is outstanding and clean. The executive lounge servers and chefs are wonderful and make sure you see Aaron, tell him mr brower send you as he works very hard to serve drinks and food and ensure every guest has a wonderful experience. Aracelli the chef in the lounge is a wonderful chef. She makes great tasty food. you wont be disappointed. This is one of the best Hiltons I have ever been too. My only complaint is the hot tub is not hot....however the steam room is outstanding. The gym is very big. the pool is also nice. my wife used the spa service which was terrific also..as we were here at this hotel for 4 months waiting for our apartment to be ready. my compliments to the executive lounge staff.
"Not perfect but I really like this place."
I came back for Independence Day weekend in Mexico City because I was so impressed with the city, the hotel and the celebration. I stayed in the Master Suite, my room was not ready when I checked in at 3:30 so they offered me one on a lower floor. I was worried I may miss the fireworks and parade. The room on 14 was just as nice as the upper floors. The is a wall o windows over looking he park and Historical Center of the city where the fireworks go off. The bedroom is seperate from the living room and is good. The is plenty of storage space and a nice closet. My favorite thing about the room is that in addition to a very nice double sink bathroom with shower and latrine the is a room with a jacuzzi that is large and also has a view over the park and the city. I had access to the executive lounge which is nice on the 26th floor and breakfast in Don Don was very good. The hotel is not quite 5 star and there were some miscommunications like I kept asking about turndown service which they do not provide. When I finally realized this I would call for needed extra towels and they were accommodating quickly. The art work in the room was very nice and there were 2 great TVs. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring and Uber is a cheap ride to anywhere. The gym is great as is the spa. The pool has both indoor and outdoor space. I just wish they would not have the smoking area at the lounge area of the pool.
"Great Hotel and the most incredible staff"
I am a long time Hilton Honors member and have traveled to over 26 countries. This property was definitely in my Top 10 for it's venue, and in the Top 5 for the friendliest and most helpful staff. You will not regret staying at this location and enjoying all of its amenities.
"Great service. Perfect location."
The hotel is located right on the edge of the historical corridor with easy walking access to the Zocalo (1 mile away). Transportation is needed to go to Polanco, Condesa, Roma, and Zona Rosa. The building and rooms feel new. The room was comfortable. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. The 36 floor lounge has a nice view of the city, especially during happy hour from 6 to 8. I highly recommend it.
