"Hurricane getaway helped us find our new Orlando favorite hotel"
After a powerless couple of days, we'd had enough of the sweating in Fort Lauderdale. We chose this hotel after seeing both the proximity to SeaWorld and their pool. Upon check in, my daughter had been requesting a top floor room. The front desk clerk was kind enough to grant her wish! They have 2 separate elevator banks for the lower and upper floors which meant no waits. The room was a standard Hilton room. Clean, comfortable, had working AC which for us was most important! We hit the pool as soon as we could and it was perfect. Luckily the hotel wasn't super busy and neither was the pool. They have a huge pool and a separate quiet pool. Since we were traveling with our 5 year old, we never even visited that part. There was a water slide and lazy river. Both were so much fun, for us and her! They also had a restaurant by the pool were we had dinner the first night. It was normal hotel pricing, but the food was good. They also had a basketball court. My only complaint was the resort fee didn't include parking, that was a bit chintzy, It also didn't include the pool restaurant. $49 a night extra for parking and resort fees is a bit steep. We received free Wi-Fi and 2 bottles of water. The fitness center and pool area make you almost overlook those. I'd definitely stay here again as long as the base price wasn't too extravagant, because you have to add the $50 on top of it a night.
Hotel was clean and kept in great condition.. Rooms were cozy and clean. Slept very well and had great t.v 55 inch standard..felt safe during the hurricane..pool area was clean right after the hurricane room was quiet and always kept cool being that the hotel didn't even lose power

My overall experience with Hilton Orlando was really good. I didn't understand what the $2 a day marketing fee is about but other than that I truly enjoyed my stay. Room was nice. The hotel has a very elegant yet trendy appearance.
"Hotel went above and beyond during hurricane irma"
My husband and I have nothing but praise about this hotel. We arrived here on Friday as we live in Naples and have a business on Marco Island. Our room was ready despite arriving at 11 a.m. During extremely difficult circumstances they really couldn't have done enough and always with a smile. The staff were amazing. We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and it is a great hotel but on this occasion it went above and beyond. Well done Hilton.
"Warm staff, great property and pool!"
The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The Spa staff were so friendly, and the food/wait staff had smiles on their faces. Has everything you need in a resort and lies in the heart of International Drive. Lots of room to move around and a beautiful pool area.
