"Great hotel, centrally located"
Lovely, comfortable hotel, with especially helpful and friendly staff. I was given a room upgrade to a corner room, which was very spacious. Having said this the normal rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were generous sizes' Well located next to the Schotter-Univesitate ubahn stop and 2 stops from the museum area. Lots of interesting cafes and restaurants close by.
"Fantastic hotel in Vienna, Austria"
This hotel has the greatest staff in any hotel we have ever experienced! The rooms are modern, comfortable, & clean. The food is very good. It is centrally located so it is easy to get around in Vienna
"Great Hotel in a Great Location"
Everything about this hotel was great. Starting with check in, even though there was a little confusion because I had 4 separate reservations, everything went pretty smoothly. The front desk staff helped with everything from booking private tours to room change requests. The rooms were well appointed. The hotel was pretty empty when I stayed there, so there weren't many people. It is right on the main street in Vienna right next to the Stock Exchange. I appreciate a great location. Only downside was that there was construction on the street right next to the hotel. Had I wanted to sleep in one of my two nights, I don't think I would have been able to, because the noise on the 4th floor was pretty loud, and I am a light sleeper. Food for breakfast was good. Lots of options. Service was good as well. Again, as I mentioned before, not too many people were at the hotel so I didn't have the problem a lot of other people had with it being crowded, but the space is definitely smaller. All in all, I would definitely recommend this to all difference kinds of travelers.
"Very nice staff and service"
One thing that can be rest assured while in Hilton Vienna Plaza is that they keep customer service at the center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The EMILE Restaurant is no exception. Food and drinks are fabulous too. The only thing I didn't expect was paid wifi and no complimentary water bottles. In all other hotels we stayed at in europe had WiFi and water bottles complimentary. So as an explanation they said the tap water is good for drinking. Also wifi was available in public areas. I thought it's important for me to write in review as many travelers like me may expect it. Hence, a four star else the service is great. Also the hotel is very centrally located. We walked to the Parliament, State Opera House and many other attractions. Beautiful spring weather. Also there is airport shuttle stop right outside. Hop-on Hop-off stop and tram station is also right outside the hotel. Very good Indian restaurant Indien village at walking distance. Don't forget to get the map and reservation done at front desk as we got lost without that and didn't get a table on the first day after reaching.
Stayed here for 3 nights in September,2017. Hotel is in a quiet location. Rooms are spacious and wifi is fast and reliable. Moreover the breakfast (in executive lounge ) was fantastic. I will stay here again.
