Great hotel, great Staff, great location. Fantastic spread for breakfast and best of all a free upgrade to the executive lounge. Thanks to BRIAN who lent us his personal umbrella so we could explore the city whilst our room was being readied.

We arrived at the Hilton Zi'an not expecting too much. We were planning at trip to see the Terra-Cotta Army and need a place to stay for two nights. While there we wanted to view a few of the sites in Xi'an on our day of arrival to occupy our time before seeing the soldiers. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by staff and shown to our room. We were lucky to receive an upgrade to a suite and the room was wonderful. It offered us a nice view of the surrounding neighborhood and street-life, while providing remote-controlled room-darkening shades that created a wonderful sleeping environment. While the room was wonderful, it is the customer service that really knocked it out of the park. Shortly after arrival we approached the concierge, Alex, for a dinner recommendation. We had definitely been out of our element and were looking for a decent meal where we recognized what we were eating! Alex asked us a few guiding questions and then said, "follow me!" We were astonished when he walked out the front door into the 85 degree evening, sport coat and all and escorted us several blocks to a wonderful local food/restaurant market four or five blocks away. There was no way we could have missed the location, but Alex went the extra step to personally guide us there. During the journey he made pleasant conversation, ensured that we had a good understanding of the various tour options, and then cheerfully sent us off into the colorful food market. When we returned, it appeared as if Alex had been keeping an eye out for our return. He inquired about our experience and then helped us set up a driver for the next day. He really made us feel like we had a personal concierge that was at our disposal for our entire visit. He even made note to tell us that he was not able to be there to see us off on our final day because it was his birthday! If Hilton has a standard of customer service that they aspire for their team - Alex should be the shining example. Upon returning home an speaking with friends about the trip, we recount our experience. For those needing to stay in Xi'an from out of town - we definitely recommend this hotel.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and it once again did not disappoint. The property is clean, elegant, and well maintained. From the moment you walk in, you can sense the attention to detail. I appreciate all the different dining options at the hotel, and the staff is exceptional. The pool and gym facility is great too. The next time I'm in xian I will stay here once again.
I am very happy and satisfied with my three days' stay in Hilton. The staff members and very helpful and nice. The room is clean and comfortable. Also I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, lots of varieties.

Wow, love this hotel from the start to finish. It is absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We booked a room in the executive lounge floor so our check in is on the executive lounge floor. The check in process is excellent and smooth. Everyone in the executive floor are very professional and very accommodating. Our needs and requests were addressed quickly and efficiently. The food in the executive lounge is delicious. Hilton Xi'An definitely exceeded all my expectation and if this is what I can expect from Hilton, I would be booking Hilton from now on.
