"Limo (I think) and Juan! "
Room was clean and as to be expected for its bargain price. Food was good with kids eat free! The staff however were incredible!!! Limo as Juan particularly! They went above and beyond for us and were SO friendly!
"Avoid the food"
Stayed here with 2 adults 2 kids on way to Legoland which is conveniently placed, if not too close to the M25 to arrive at 5pm which adds an hour but that’s our bad. 2 restaurants on site both serving over priced food (obviously: its a captive audience) but the price is not the issue - the quality is. The food was undoubtedly the worst I’ve ever tasted. Clearly mass produced off site and reheated but poignantly didn’t have any or much flavour; it reminded me of the worst kind of bland school meals that’s served in many schools presently. Slap some tomato ketchup on and the kids will be happy but the adults will have to overdose on pepper just to make it palatable. Just avoid eating here and the rest will be your expected, mass brand-budget hotel with no atmosphere that’s chosen for location.
"One night - never again "
Booked last minute to stay the night before a flight from Terminal 5 due to change of flights (originally Monarch from BHX). Found hotel easily. Parking on site good and included in the price. At Check in we advised the reception we would be checking out at 5.30am and was it possible to have something (anything) to eat in way of breakfast as also included in the price. We were told that the chef would NOT be in at that time so no food would be available - disappointing but had to accept. Room was OK - nothing special, not very clean and had a strange smell. Nowhere to eat within walking distance to hotel so ate in hotel pizza place - was pretty good & ok value but no atmosphere. Next morning we left the hotel at 5.30 as planned imagine our disappointment when we walked past the restaurant on our way to the car - not only was there breakfast already laid out in the breakfast room but people in there eating HOT COOKED food! Can't fault the meet and greet car parking at Terminal 5 - highlight of the visit!
Stayed for 1 night for our LEGOLAND visit. Perfect for what we needed. Clean recently upgraded room very comfortable for a family of 4. Friendly staff, great breakfast, good value - overall really good.
"Basic. Enough said."
Business visit, twin room for one night ready for a flight in the morning. Initially you get into the car park which is a good size for location. The reception is basic but was a good speed. Rooms are very cosy and compact. Only had one towel in the room. WiFi is really slow. Bathroom is nice, large shower single sink. Restaurant was diabolical for the price paid. Ordered two burgers and garlic bread. £11.50ish for each burger and £3.95 for garlic bread. Very very basic, chips under cooked. Burger was cheap and bun covered in grease. Garlic bread came out with two tiny slices. Can honestly say wouldn’t recommend.
