Conveniently located in Santiago, accessible to many local attractions in close proximity to shopping district. Ideal accommodations for business functions and perfect location appropriate for both families and couples.
Cannot beat this location. Staff and service are excellent.Comment of P. Lucy , Canada the 2016-10-30
"A perfect place if you are hopping,"
This Holiday Inn airport, Santiago has the perfect location for those who has to stop over at Santiago airport. We used this as a base for our brief transit to Easter Island and Atacama. Room is good. Breakfast is a little short on taste and selections. Anyway, what would you expect from airport hotel. A good place to sleep is already good enough.
"A very welcome port in a storm"
Palindromeman is mobile at the moment. Specifically, at the Holiday Inn airport in Santiago - 13 and 14 June 2017. I really can't fault it. The rooms are clean and comfortable; the in house restaurant is good (I can recommend the fillet steak - they also do a good martini); you can load your luggage onto a trolley in the terminal and literally lumber across the road to the hotel. Perhaps best of all, the staff are outstanding. My plan - such as it is - was to overnight after arriving from Sydney and then fly on from there. The gods of weather declared this was not going to happen - and so, with a cancelled flight, the staff have been super helpful and friendly. Given that Santiago is probably the primary entry point for Australians into South America, this hotel has everything you would both need and want from a stopover hotel.
"Excellent airport hotel"
The hotel is located directly in front of arrivals (and departures) so just cross the road. Bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. Good bathrooms. Restaurant is very good although somewhat on the expensive side. Bar meals very good value and tasty. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient.
"Decent hotel but we were allocated a noisy room"
Excellent location across from the exit of the airport, we found the hotel to be a good option for our one night layover and departure in the early hours. Rooms were a decent size, clean, modern, well laid out, with a comfortable bed and decent free wifi. Check in was friendly and extremely efficient, and the fast check out option made our departure seamless. My only complaint is that we were allocated a room on one of the upper floors that was right next to some kind of generator or electrical box. The noise was very loud and reverberated throughout the room and impacted our sleep. We should really have complained but as we arrived quite late from a long journey we were too tired to do so. Also, to be honest the hotel must realise the room we were allocated has noise issues so why allocate it to guests at all when the hotel is clearly not full'
"Top Notch Service & Sleep"
Stayed at the Holiday Inn Santiago Airport hotel on 3 different occasions for 1 night each time while traveling throughout Chile. It is located right outside the terminal exit, you just cross the taxi/drop-off road and you are at the front door of the hotel - a 1 minute walk. This hotel was a perfect. The rooms were spotless, modern and sleek. And most importantly the rooms are completely sound proof. I heard nothing, no hall noise, no plane noise - just silence and a good night sleep on a very comfortable bed.The breakfast (buffet) was excellent and available from 5 am onwards. They even had a small breakfast table set for people catching flights before 5 am which was great when I had to catch my 4:30 am flight. I am so glad I stayed at the Holiday Inn Santiago Airport - it was the best decision for me with my flight heavy itinerary. Highly Recommended!
