Just spent 3 lovely nights at this excellent hotel. Extremely friendly staff who made me instantly welcome as they checked me in and showed me to my room. Superior room ... very spacious with huge bathroom. Very clean ( and I'm picky ) with plenty of room to store my clothes which is so often not the case in hotels these days. The bed ( double ) was extremely comfortable and massive ! I was a little concerned as my room #2 was on the ground floor on the patio area which was a social area. Would it be noisy ... No. very happy. photos of the hotel don't really do justice to the Moorish / Spanish atmosphere. Delightful. I ate here twice choosing to take al la carts off the menu. Food excellent. Hotel is a 5 min walk from the centre of Seville but feels in another world. Would I stay here again. Without a doubt and already recommending to all my friends.
"Gem in old town"
Fantastic little property. Quiet, quality, fresh, well maintained, good attention to detail. Rooftop pool is a little small, but service and rooms are just perfect for a Seville stay. 5 min walk through the maze of the old town gets you to all tourist attractions. Highly recommended.
"Close to and far enough away from it all"
This lodging reminded me of an Italian "locanda" style property. Quaint and rustic but much smaller than I expected from their website photos. Their photographer is fabulous. My [adult] daughter hadn't seen the website photos so she was fine with the property from the start whereas I had to warm up to it. The courtyards and rooms do have character, though. It's very small, old school (we had an actual key that we would leave and pick-up from the desk), and with a delicious restaurant for room service. There is a rooftop pool and bar but it is VERY small so as the day transitions into siesta-mode claim your spot on the roof. The location is walkable to the sights, food and drink but without the touristy crowds which is always nice. It's also not far from the train station (Ave from Barcelona) nor the airport (SVQ). Be aware that there are no taxis lined up out front so you will need to allow extra time to wait on one even after the hotel calls one for you. This is especially important if needing to travel.
"Lovely Hotel "
Stayed here two nights and it is a lovely place. The room was lovely, but was situated with a courtyard to the back and front of the room. We were lucky that other guests did not use the courtyard late into the night during our stay, otherwise the room would have been noisy. We ate the Tapas menu in the courtyard one evening and ate in the restaurant the next. Both were wonderful. The staff in the hotel are lovely and very professional, special mention to the waitress in the restaurant both evenings who was so welcoming and knowledgeable. We would stay again but ask for a different room.
"Superb place - quiet backstreets, good service and great rooms"
Lovely summer weekend in Seville and stayed at this place. Very comfortable room, lovely, cool courtyards and a great rooftop pool deck. Impressive breakfast that was worth the money. Will definitely come back if we can.
