"A gem of a hotel"
This is an excellent hotel. Beautiful rooms, well decorated and maintained. But the best part is the staff -- they went out of their way during our stay. We've travelled often, but never seen staff with such a commitment to high quality service and customer satisfaction. Our favorite hotel in Vancouver, by far!
"Great Boutique Hotel in the Heart of Yaletown"
I just had an excellent 3-night stay at the Opus Hotel in Vancouver’s Yaletown area. The hotel is located right in the center of Yaletown, close to many great restaurants and clubs. Within 100 meters of the hotel is a Mobi-bike bike-share station, which is very handy (and highly recommended to get around downtown), and it’s only a 5-minute walk to the False Creek shuttle ferries to/from Granville Island, etc. The room was medium-sized with a beautiful Japanese style bathroom spanning the entire window end. My bed was very comfortable and I noticed that the room seemed to have superior sound-proofing because I heard very little sound coming from busy Davie Street below. I spent my three days touring around the Vancouver area with friends so I didn’t even have a chance to try the gym, but I know there is one. The complimentary continental breakfast was impressive! The front desk staffers were very friendly and welcoming. All in all, I had a great stay at the Opus Vancouver.
"Opus hotel/ oasis in Vancouver"
Such a lovely experience. Every staff member flawlessly assisted everyone in my party. Everything in the room functioned and was thoughtfully done to ensure comfort and convenience. What a delightful stay !!
"Good business hotel"
Stayed here for business hotel is on company list and includes breakfast. Rooms are clean, good work area, wifi was good. Location is close to station for train that connects to and from airport. Reminds me of a European hotel. Included breakfast was buffet of cured meats, cheese, fruits, bread, muffins, jam, croissants. Coffee is good. Hotel is right at the end of the Yaletown restaurant strip which is also very good. Solid place to stay especially on business.
