Excellent hotel, just a few metres from the metro , tram and bus . Friendly helpful staff , very clean . Breakfast always had fresh fruit , breads ,cereal , ham , cheese and eggs . We had evening meal in the hotel which was very good and reasonable . There are several pubs close by which all serve food for less than £4 each .
The hotel is clean and the reception staff are really friendly and helpful. I stayed in two rooms, the 2nd one on the 2nd floor was much nicer than the one on the 4th floor. I had two single beds which were comfortable. The wifi is good. The TV is rubbish, only one English channel which is Sky news or CNN or something. You can open the windows in this hotel which is essential for me. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. Weirdly they leave apples on the bed for your arrival – is this a strange Czech custom' The shower was good. The restaurant was good to sit and work in, nobody bothered you, the wifi is good and fast and doesn't drop off. The breakfast was my only issue, not bad but not good either, the selection was limited and I love a hotel breakfast so I was disappointed. I had two meals here (stayed 8 nights) and both were OK. Another strange Czech custom is meat and rice but NO veg or salad' Obviously vegetables are not that important here. The location is great, easy to get everywhere. I felt very safe in this city and it is so simple to find your way around however, they are not very forthcoming or friendly. Good shoe shopping! Had a massage downstairs which was OK, not brilliant for the price.
"Great place to stay, reception staff were very helpful, nice restaurant is on the property"
The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows very comfortable. The restaurant served very good meals reasonably priced and a good selection of food for breakfast. The metro station is a 1 minute walk from the hotel and reception have tickets for purchase.
"Just enough to stay one night"
This is hardly a boutique hotel, just a regular 3 star hotel, with big bathrooms (with bath tubs and showers). No free water available in the room, a bottle of Perier costs 120 kč (5€). Breakfast very basic and quite poor coffee. No thrills for this kind of money.
stayed here for 4 nights was a nice stay, rooms clean and very comfy beds, and breakfast was simple with cooked version sausage and eggs. Very nicely located for tube station 3 minute walk away all staff very courteous and all spoke good English.
