A convenient location of the hotel in an immediate vicinity of the underground and the tram station enables you to get within few minutes to the most prominent and sought after places in the historical part of Prague, for example the Wenceslas Square, Old Town Sqaure, Charles Bridge or the famous Prague Castle.

"Not in Tourist Location"
We were put in this hotel by Avalon cruises and wish they had put us somewhere else. If you want to shop in a western style mall in an area where people live and work, this hotel may work for you. But if you are a tourist in Prague, this hotel is not that good. Yes, it is close to the subway (metro) and trams but is not anywhere near convenient to walk out and experience Prague as a tourist. We were also surprised at the lack of customer service in the hotel in what seemed to be a carryover from a previous era. We had a room maid walk into our room on us without knocking. I had an employee literally push me out of the way when I was trying to get a coffee so she could open a cupboard. We did find the young woman on the front desk pleasant and helpful. The room was a cheap plastic and glass concoction with no character. It was reasonably clean. There was little or no place for storage beyond a very small closet. The free wifi did work well and the free coffee machine on each floor was nice. The breakfast room was an uncomfortable chaotic experience. There was little choice and what there was, was of low quality. I couldn't bring myself to try what was called scrambled eggs. The orange juice was so watered down, it was difficult to call it orange. I don't like being this negative, but I find it hard to consider this a good hotel for Western tourists.
Terrible rooms with filthy and smelly carpets, non cooperative staff. Look like Mattress has never been changed since it's inception which result in bad back. Breakfast is not worth at all. Overall please avoid worth starless
For all of the hotel customers there were only three parking spaces in front of the hotel. After we arrived a very quiet lady told us where our room was and also informed us, that breakfast is served until 10 AM. In the morning we came down for breakfast at 9:50 and were told that we could no longer have breakfast as it is not being served. They were already cleaning! This is not acceptable if breakfast is being served until 10 we should be able to eat till 10. Our room was very clean but quite old we had an empty fridge. However the bathrooms had spare towels and soap which we were free to us. One good thing was that the hotel was at ours so we can come in and out whenever we wanted.
"Nice and quiet"
This hotel is located close to all possible public transport, but close enough to the centre if you like walking and want to admire Petřín, the River, Malá Strana or the castle. A clean bathroom, tasty breakfast, a big room, but old looking furniture. Good value for a three-star hotel.
Hotel is in great location, 2 min from metro entrance. There are also many trams nearby. Rooms are very small and official pictures are not even close to reality. Breakfast is simple and good, nothing to complain about. Staff is polite and helpfull.
