Terrible experience
Terrible experience, the only bright side were the servers at the buffet and restaurants managers and employees in the lobby are rude

First time here and really loved it! My family had a great time and the kids requested to go back and we definitely will!

Love this resort
Love everything about this resort, if I want to be really picky I would just say they need how to cook beef and pork, very tasty but tough or dried out.

Overall....not very impressed with the experience. the staff (often times) weren't very friendly. not your fault but...the facility is too large.
