Hotel stole money from my credit card and still have not returned it

TERRIBLE
They wanted 8 of us to sleep in 2 king beds, that’s comical. No one wanted to help us get this resolved. Do NOT stay here. In addition our rooms were not ready until well after “check-in time”.
