Excellent hotel in Cannes (especially during the festival).
Staff were all great, free coffee/pastries during the film festival, and great location that's close to the action but not right in the middle of things. Stayed x2 years in a row, and would come back....

We were arriving early, but no problem; received the keys of the room early; moreover we left our luggage behind and they brought the luggage later on to our lunch location without charge or accepting...

I chose this property based on location. It was a poor choice, based on a rock hard bed, lousy pillows, small room, and lack of services. The person who checked us in was also the bartender! Horrible ...
