The hotel rises along the distinctive Via Giulia, a street beloved of the Romans for its antiques dealers, churches and old noble palazzi, and for the delightful side streets that surround it such as via Del Pellegrino and via Dei Cappellari, still bearing their ancient Sampietrini paving stones.

"Fun rooms, lovely breakfast, perfect location"
We had such a pleasant time at this boutique hotel. The decor, especially in the bedrooms, was playful and modern. We particularly enjoyed the delicious, beautiful, outdoor courtyard breakfast and had a hard time tearing ourselves away from it each morning. We loved the location. Even though the hotel is within convenient walking distance of places like Campo de' Fiori, Piazza Navona, and Trastevere, the hotel's neighborhood was not crowded or touristy. The area also felt safe and had some cute, tasteful shops to explore.
We stayed here 3 days prior to our cruise. The hotel was very accommodating and everything was just as promised. I set up transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port. They were prompt and on time. I would definitely stay here again!
"A perfect Rome home base"
Located in the center of it all, this charming hotel is bursting with character! With a wonderful and knowledgeable staff, comfortable room accommodations, and a handful of great amenities, this is the perfect place to stay while in Rome!
"A nice enough place, for the price."
Friends of ours had selected this hotel so we booked here as well. It was pleasant, and nicely appointed. Unless you go for the superior rooms, you might be surprised at how small they are. The service staff while appearing polite and friendly, or weren't terribly helpful with requests. The location was probably the best part of our stay.
"A Five Star Hotel that Deserves 6 Stars"
From arriving at the door through your stay, you will not be disappointed. Every staff member goes out of their way to make you feel you like you are the only one there ! Wow! Location is key on any trip, and the St. George exceeds expectations. Every historical site you want to see is easily in reach by walking. The Vatican is just a short walk and you can see the beautiful doom at night from the roof top garden. And, get your reservation in early for a balcony suite. Wow ! Lounging on your balcony early in the morning with coffee or at night, is a way to end a wonderful day ! This hotel has it all. As a first timer to Italy and Rome, we were not disappointed. Our sincerest thanks!
