I have already spent several business trips at this hotel. It has always been a pleasent experience. Apart from the nice and well-maintained rooms/facilities, the staff is very helpful and friendly. A positive surprise during my last stay was that standard beverages from the minibar are now free of charge. Overall, very convenient for business and leasure.
"Can't buy charisma!"
This was my second time staying in this hotel while visiting Paris. I would recommend it any day simply because of it's charismatic employees. I could surely afford to pay hundreds of dollars more for some fancy overrated hotel, but I will choose this one every time because of their pride in what they do. Whether it was fluffing pillows, spraying the room with amazing fragrance, asking if we were ok, or just smiling; they made sure to be sincere and helpful. It is like 3 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and tons of places to eat. The metro is literally 3 minutes as well. They always have the snacks and drinks stocked for the guests to grab (free of charge). Last but not least, it is a snug and cute boutique hotel tucked away from the crowd, but close to everything. I love this little hotel so much that I almost didn't want to write a review, just to keep it all to myself. If you visit, then tell them Keante Camel sent you.
"Small hotel in a great location."
We loved staying at Hotel le Tourville. It was a perfect location for getting around. It was close to the Eiffel Tower and many great restaurants. The staff at the hotel was excellent and helped us with all of our questions including trains, metro, etc. They also helped to arrange for a shuttle for us from the airport. They spoke very good English and were so friendly. Our room was wonderful, nice and cozy yet with all the amenities. We would definitely return if we have another trip to Paris.
This hotel is in a great location for sightseeing and getting around Paris on the subway system. There are lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. The rooms we had (two couples) were typical of European rooms so don't expect an Embassy Suite type of room. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very accommodating and Agatha went above and beyond in helping us make a reservation at the airport for the night before we flew home. We had rooms with "balconies" or something like that which were on the backside of the building with no view at all but they did give us a place where the 4 of us could sit and enjoy a glass of wine. I don't know if the rooms on the street side of the hotel are the same size as ours, but they would definitely have a better view. The hotel offers complimentary beverages in the small lobby area, including beer, which was a surprise. The breakfasts were good. There is an elevator. We opted for the hotel to arrange for a private car to pick us up at the airport (DeGaulle) which I would recommend over a cab especially if there are 4 in your group.
"Small hotel with well furnished rooms"
The rooms are not large but normal for Paris. Our room on the back was very quiet. The hotel is just around the corner from Les Invalided and near the Ecole Militaire Metro station. The 7th is a nice part of Paris. The hotel provides beverages in the lobby and a comfortable place to sit. Service was friendly and efficient. There is a taxi stand close by. You can buy breakfast but there are bistrots of varying qualities close by. The rooms have been well-renovated. The housekeeping was very good. Very clean.
