"Wonderful Hotel in Paris"
This is the third time I've stayed in Lenox Montparnasse. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. One of the receptionists even spent time helping us with the French language, translations and pronunciation. It is an older style building, in a great location. So very close to the best restaurants in Paris (easy walking distance). It is in a very safe area and it is extremely good value for money. We find it central to everything we want, so close to two metro stations and just a few minutes to every major tourist attraction. Every time we have stayed in a room on the street side of the building, which I find the most attractive. The rooms are typically French, just lovely. The lift (elevator) is quite small, but this is the same in most Paris hotels. I will continue to use this hotel whenever I stay in Paris
"Rose and Falani"
Although an older styled building, we found Lenox value for money. Great location, within walking distance to sightseeing, shopping, restaurants. The only gripe we would have is that the bed was wedged in between two wardrobes, we chose to sleep with our heads at the feet end and our feet at the head end to avoid any potential hitting a wardrobe in the middle of the night. Fantastically friendly staff. Enjoyed our visit to Paris.
"Our stay with you was vary excellent we enjoyed it vary much"
part of my stay was with a Rick Steves tour and we like it so well we decited to book an extra 3 day at the end of the tour, the staff were extremely helpful and patent with us we appreciated their help and customer service.
"What a wonderful hotel"
I can't say enough good things. When we return to Paris we will stay here again. I read so many reviews of hotels and was so confused about all the different area of Paris. I found the Lenox as a recommended rick steves hotel. Wonderful area. We had dinner first night at montparnasse tower which was a short walk. Amazing. Tons of bars and restaurants around. Very bilingual. The hotel has a lot of old school nostalgia from the decor to the wall pap Aer. Not in perfect condition but that's what makes its special. The staff was amazing and was able to answer any questions we asked. We only speak English and they spoke fluently. The area was amazing. Actually we felt safe anywhere we traveled in Paris. Read so many things about pickpockets and such but if you are paying attention you will be fine. Took us some time to get used to rail but with so many different stations and lines in walking distance it was perfect. The room stewards kept the rooms in great clean shape. We had an amazing balcony overlooking the street and this was amazing. We took an uber from Disneyland Paris to the hotel and the address they provided got us to our destination. The room had a safe and a mini fridge. A closet with ample storage and plenty of towels. I know it's hard to pick a hotel in Paris so if you are reading this pleas book this hotel. You will not be disappointed! I thank all the staff for being so helpful during our stay and I hope to return soon! We traveled from us to Ireland to Disneyland to Paris to Amsterdam to Germany and this was my favorite hotel!!!
"Good location, room in need of modernisation"
Friendly staff, good location for the Montparnasse area; good restaurants and shopping in easy reach; close to a number of metro stations Room in need of modernisation (picture on website is misleading); the room was small but clean
