Excellent Hotel and staff
Hotel is very good. Excellent room with bath. Staff are also very good and friendly,especially the breakfast staff. Close to the centre for restaurants and sites. Would recommend this Hotel.

Tired rooms, windows let in rain even if shut
Very average and much more dated than the photos. Sofa peeling away and a tired looking room. The major issue was that the windows (even when shut) let in rain. This was also an issue inside the hotel...

Horrible
Bed bugs, ants, mold, poor air conditioning. I’m sure at one time this boutique hotel was lovely but it definitely DOES NOT meet basic standards anymore. The loft rooms are a hazard to older travelers...
