" ery good hotel"
i stayed at the perla from 13/10/17 to 15/10/17 with my wife. The hotel was in a great location, a short walk from everywhere. The staff were very accommodating and the hotel was spotless. Our room 102 was the front of the hotel but this didnt bother me or my wife and we both got a good nights sleep in our big comfy bed. The breakfast was a little dissapointing but they generally are abroad with cakes on offer!! checking in and out was quick and when we requested an iron it was in our room wthin 3 minutes. The male member of staff who who worked behind the bar (cant remember his name) was a really nice fella and was helpful when recommending resteraunts and walking routes to take. overall cant fault the hotel or the staff.Prague itself is a lovely city and when we return in the future, the perla will be where we stay.
"great location and price"
We went for a birthday celebration and had arranged a few surprises at the hotel for the birthday girl, this was all done superbly by Stepan. The rooms were adequate although a little warm and due to the street noise having the window open and trying to sleep was pretty much impossible. Breakfast was ok with reasonable choice. We used the bar for cocktails before heading out in the evening and were mixed well and a very good price. Overall I was happy with the hotel and would stay again if I was with a group but for a romantic stay I would look for someone else
"Great location, reasonable price"
Stayed for 3 nights received a voucher for welcome drinks and a voucher for a bottle of sparkling wine plus complimentary basket of fruit in our room. Breakfast was fabulous, hotel immaculately clean and bed incredibly comfortable. Would highly recommend a stay here if you want a great location close to old town and walkable to all sights in the city centre. Only downside was no tea and coffee facilities in the room but we really weren't in there long enough with so much to see and do for it to be a huge problem
Stayed for a week and cant fault the location. Close to all main attractions, metro and tram stops. Had a large family room which was hot and I must say the street noise meant it was not possible to have the windows open at night. Housekeeping was sketchy, sometimes the toilet rolls were replaced and sometimes the mugs were replaced. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. We only had croissants on the first day but we asked specially for some mid week and these were provided without any problems. All in all a good value well located hotel and I would stay again.
Firstly I feel the hotel staff were friendly abit abrupt but after spending a week in Prague I feel this is the norm and isn't intended as rude the complimentary drink on arrival was nice touch the hotel is very close to the Center within walking distance of most things including the old town square due to it being so close to the city there is a lot of noise from outside but they do provide ear plugs which did help considerably. Breakfast was lovely with slightly changes each day to stop it from getting to repetitive it's a shame the bar/breakfast hall is a little small but the staff try to accommodate you where they can. The shower wasn't the best but got you wt and clean and the air conditioning could do with vein better I don't feel I could stay in the summer but spring/autumn get away will be ideal.
