"Nice place nothing to complain"
Maybe I start be spoiled ' The room was nice maybe a little small and the view was good to have shades. Good was that we could let the car outside. So you do nothing wrong for that price but don't expect 5 stars feeling
I had rolled my ankle and severely sprained it on the lovely sidewalk in Milan. They recommended a topical patch to help with pain and kept bags of ice coming. The room was amazing, and toilet was close to tub/shower, with bars so I was able to bathe without putting much weight on my ankle. This place would be great for those with limited mobility. Also, no rooms were right near the elevators, so it was serene and tranquil. Would definitely recommend!
Stayed for 5 nights at Hotel Pierre Milan. A central location, surrended by good places to eat/drink. While you enter the hotel, the carpet is messy and old. There is a bad smell in the lobby, also in the elevators. The reception desk people hardly speak english. Lobby are is nice decorated. The room is clean, well decorated but small. The bathroom is very small (max 4 square meeters). Breakfast is continental and tasty. Wifi is pretty bad. They have many networks (one for each floor, breakfast area, lobby). Only one can be setup guys pretty easy. Hidden taxes: using the iron - 40 EUR, city tax - 25 EUR. All in one an average hotel.
Well located Very good service Very good kitchen & food Room are a bit small but comfortable Good location a central and close to all major Milan places Had a good moment and will definitively go back to this hotel
"Not a 5 star! "
Stayed here two nights for a business trip and while booking it was touted as a 5 star equivalent which it certainly wasn't. An average hotel overall with clean rooms and good central location. Service could have been better and it started with giving me a wrong room but as it turned out it was also an executive room which I had booked. Nothing spectacular about the room and the bathroom was quite small and cramped for an executive room. Room was fired with electric blinds which was nice. The hotel has a good breakfast area in the basement and serves reasonable variety of cold and warm food. Rooms did not provide an iron or ironing board and apparently they is not allowed in the room by Italian law due to safety reasons (that's what I was told). But then you would expect to have laundry services available throughout. Sadly not and I could not have my suit ironed in the evening after 5 pm. The earliest the shirt and suit could be ironed was at 8.30 in the morning. Quite inconvenient and annoying specially as I had an early start. Overall and average experience.
