"Will be back"
We had a enjoyable three night stay which is centrally located, and wheelchair accessible. Had issues with the wheelchair that they gladly fixed for me. The staff was helpful especially Luna. We look forward to staying there again on our next visit to Rome.
We had our honeymoon here earlier in the year. It was our first time in Italy so the culture shock was there but they were very understanding with the language barrier and you can mistakenly think they're snobby but they it just they're demeanor. All-in-all it was a great stay. They helped out with all of our questions and concerns.
Simple, clean, friendly hotel. Small rooms but doesn't matter if you are in Rome to explore you should be outside most of the time. Breakfast is great for kids and adults. Walking distance (20-25 mins) to all major attractions (ancient sites, Trevi, Spanish steps), maybe 30mins walk to Vatican City along the river. Don't be put off by its position on a very small side road leading from the river - this gives you easy access across the bridge to Trastevere and its multitude of restaurants and pleasant bars - great for an evening stroll. Next time I am in Rome I WILL STAY HERE.
This is the second time we've stayed here. Pros: Great location (we walked everywhere) Roof Top Bar (It was a beautiful view) Breakfast (there was a big selection, hot and cold, and the food was very fresh) Courtyard (quiet place to sit and relax) The Bellmen were very personable and helpful Free WiFi throughout the hotel Cons: The front desk staff were very disconnected, not at all helpful, we felt like we were bothering them if we had any questions. It's a little thing but the hairdryer is attached to the wall inside the bathroom and so getting ready was a bit of a juggle. Also there is no on/off switch on the hairdryer so you always have to hold the switch down to dry your hair. The mattress (thin and hard) and pillows were pretty uncomfortable
Visited the hotel for 4 days from 8th October , room 107 was spacious and quiet, had a wonderful few days ,was able to use the roof terrace as it was still warm and sunny. The location is perfect as it is 2 minutes from the bars and restaurants in Travestere , and 5 minutes from Piazza Navona. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice , could not fault the staff or hotel.
