Unhappy as it was much worse than expected.
This hotel is old, dark, and much smaller than other Hyatt Centric Hotels. I stayed at many other hyatt hotels chain and this hotel was probably the worst of all.

Great location and friendly staff
Amazing location close to the main train station and beautiful hotel with nice amenities and friendly staff. We had a very enjoyable 6 night stay and would highly recommend this property!
Decent value for money near the heart of Milan
Quite an affordable hotel, not far from Milan's landmark places. Some imperfections, but a very decent value overall.
