Prime location horrible stay
Great location most depts had wonderful staffing but hotel is 20 yrs overdue for a Renovation. Housekeeping are doing the best they can with what that have

Hyatt should be better
Patio furniture in bad shape, and patio itself, air conditioner not working Bed not comfortable. Needs upgrading for being a a Hyatt
Terrible experience
Terrible experience with this hotel, the toilet was not flushed through, the bath tub was uncleaned and the room was dirty. Spoke with a few guests there, everyone had different complaints and issues....

updated room with working features, a light in the bathroom that was not an exposed bulb, shower did not work, the little water you could get from one side was from a disgusting limestone covered show...
