Personal and warm
The Hyatt is located close to the airport and has serene surrounding. The ambience is good. The hotel is spacious. Rooms are well organised and tastefully decorated

Really disappointed
Expect not sleeping due to noise on 2 floor.. Till 3am for 3 straight night.. Everything else was perfect.. In last year I must have stayed 3-4 times.. But this was the worst experience
Exceptional
Great service, ambience, food and location. Transfer to airport was also offered. Staff is super and decoration feels refreshing!
