"Beautiful hotel with beautiful staff"
Even though the hotel was under renovations it did not impact my stay what so ever. The Eiffel Tower view room was absolutely breath-taking. I could not stop looking out the window, I kid you not! The staff was so pleasant, helpful and the service was always on point. The restaurant I assumed is yet to be renovated' Only because the menu was very limited and the restaurant looked a bit tired. The breakfast however was very yummy! Location was also perfect, not far from the Arc, there were also a lot of restaurants nearby for your picking. Concierge was also on point and always ready to assist and give you tips on local spots or must sees! Only one downside, the Wifi was horrible, I am not sure if it was because of the location of my room or what. However, I would definitely stay here again once I am in Paris :)
needs more attractive interior and facilities as per the room charges. the rooms condition should be checked before giving to guest in order to avoid any kind of inconvenience. staffs are very friendly and supportive and really appreciable.
"Great location, but too expensive"
The hotel is ideally located at the heart of paris, within walking distance from many important attractions. I stayed in a renovated room and it was really great. However, the room price is too high in my opinion compared to value, especially when you have to walk ~100m only to exit the hotel due to the renovation... Also, I wasn't offered to add breakfast during my online reservation. That made me choose between adding extra 25Euro per day on-site or eat outside. Not cool...
"A famous landmark hotel in West Paris"
The Hotel is ideally located at the border of Peripheric Boulevard (the circle highway around Paris) at 25min. driving distance from Charles de Gaulle Airport. It takes 5 min. to get to Champs Elysées avenue with Metro line 1. Easy and fast. Formely known as the Concorde Lafayette, Hyatt is a large 4-stars hotel. The front desk staff is efficient. Rooms are small but OK. Dining buffet and breakfast buffet are genuinely rich and delicious. I like the international quality standard, the top-floor café with a stunning view over Paris, I do not like the fact it is too big, with too many guests. Very unpersonal.
