Always enjoy the location and the locals.
Location being central to shopping, food and drink is excellent. Several roof top bar locations to enjoy river and ships arriving and departing.
Unsatisfied
I purchase my room online a month in advance (king size bed room) and when I arrive to check in I was inform my room wasn’t available and I’ll have to down size for the same price ( 2 double bed room)...

Great Staff, Great Location
Great customer service. Patient and attentive staff. Location is on the River Walk. Historical area with plenty of restaurants, galleries, small shops, and with history cited everywhere.
