Gracias.Comment of A. Cristina , Spain the 2016-03-23

"Stylish hotel, central yet quiet"
We arrived at reception with our luggage and golf clubs (we were en route to Gran Canaria!) and the very helpful staff put the clubs in the store for us. Loved the poetry written on the walls - our room had a poem by Pablo Neruda, my favourite! Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The central position of the hotel makes it perfect for visiting galleries and doing all the sightseeing that Madrid offers.
"In Madrid Great place"
Just came back to Israel from Madrid, want to thank Iberostar!!!! Wonderful hotel great staff. The room very comfortable, the breakfast delicious. And the hotel so close to any place you want to visit by foot.and.... again, the people at the desk so so helpful. So lovely , helped us with everything that we need. Thanks to Alex, Daivid, Alina and Teresa!!!!! We recommend to visit Madrid and to stay at Iberostar
"Good service and location, terrible night sleep!"
This hotel on the face of it isn't bad - the room was pretty good, if not a bit 'ikea-furnished' but that is no biggie, the staff were really nice and the location was good from an access point of view. Unfortunately from a sleep point of view the location was terrible and the hotel has done NOTHING to deal with this. We had a room on the first floor and were right next to a really busy intersection. There did not appear to be any double glazing because it was as noisy (if not noisier) than if we had been sleeping right in the middle of the intersection. We could hear every conversation, car, bus and anything else that went past. And its busy and 24 hours! To make matters worse the the black out part of the curtain didn't cover the full window so we also had light streaming in all night. When we asked for a sleep mask for night number 2, despite having handed us a cute card that listed the items they had for request and it including 'satin sleep masks' they didn't have any. They did have earplugs though so that was a god send! If I was staying at a hostel I might expect this but this is not a cheap hotel and, sorry to say, we left unrested and a little annoyed. Maybe we got unlucky and another floor or another room would not have the same issues.
"Excellent Service and well located "
The hotel offers nice and clean spacy rooms with good beds. Tgexsyaff has a good attention and is always helpful and proactive. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception helping with all requests from must see location recommendation to dinner reservations. Nice and well offered breakfast. Wi-Fi is free and quick, the bar offers good drinks for reasonable prices. The city tour busses and public busses stop in front of the hotel so you can just jump on the bus and see the city. So all in all for that category a top hotel
"Professional, efficient and friendly front desk staff; Fantastic view of Gran Via from the room"
It is our first time to stay in this hotel and I did not regret our choice. It is a fantastic hotel - right smack in the middle of Gran Via, very accessible and great location. Front desk staff are very friendly and warm and very accommodating. The corner room where we stayed had the best view of Gran Via and it was very spacious and very tastefully designed and decorated. We had a very comfortable stay. The bathroom was huge, too and very clean. Kudos to the cleaning lady, who really kept the room so clean and spotless. Breakfast buffet is good, too and presented very well. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would want to stay in the city center.
