"Very nice hotel"
We used taxis to and from the airport which was 29 euros on Sunday night and 22 euros back on Thursday afternoon. It took around 15 minutes. The hotel is very well located, a couple of minutes from the Parasol and 10 min walk from the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. All of Seville is walkable from here. We were given a room overlooking the street which was very noisy so we asked for a change. This was done with minimum of fuss, next day. The second room was interior and very quiet. The rooms were comfortable warm and clean. Reception were friendly and helpful. We did not eat here, so cannot comment on food service. There is a rooftop bar and pool, but the bar was not staffed on the couple of times we went up there. I did not like the fact that they changed the towels, and toilet paper every day. There was a brand new roll each day, what happened to all the ones they remove' It seems very wasteful, when the same clients are staying for a few days. They also threw away our soap on 2 of the 4 days. This was also very wasteful. The hotel is very important historically and is a very nice modern hotel for today's visitors. We would recommend it. But try not to get a room at the front.
"Great place and great staff"
This is a great place and easy access to the train station. We got to the train station, got on the bus and the bus left us like 2 minutes from the hotel. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable. We went to the terrace upstairs and order a bottle of wine around 11:00 p.m. Once again, the staff is excellent. I would highly recommend this place. The breakfast is great too!!! I loved Seville and their people.
"4 night stay. Lovely."
Easy to get to from the airport via taxi (15 mins). Welcomed by friendly, courteous and attentive staff who helped with any enquiries. Rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast spread excellent. Finally, great location, within metres of shops/restaurants and 15 minutes from main attractions e.g. Alcázar. Would definitely recommend.
"So happy "
Don't think twice about booking this hotel, I did off the recommendation of someone else and was very glad. The staff are what make this place great. Antonio, Luis, Israel and the man without a name tag that checked us out, thanks for putting up with my tons of questions. Their recommendations allowed us to expierence real Seville, not just the tourist spots. Especially the oldest tavern literally around the corner. The rooms are clean, minimalistic, cool and quiet. We were facing the street (room 8.1) but due to the double door windows, it was silent apart from the faint church bells. Some mornings I would open the would just to stand on the little Juliet balcony and watch the street. The rooftop was a nice place to relax after a whole day of walking I will only stay here if I am lucky enough to come back
"Modern and old compliment each other perfectly"
The staff were excellent, great service, nothing too much trouble for them, polite and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Great coffee machine was an added bonus in the room. Pack of toiletries was also a nice touch. The hotel is an excellent base to explore Seville from. The rooftop is a lovely area to relax in the sun at the end of a day, enjoying drinks from the bar. Our room was next to the lift and at night you could hear it going up and down, although saying that I only heard it on the second night when I wasn't feeling too good and could not sleep. The hotel has been refurbished in a modern way but still with some of the traditional elements. I would definitely go back.
