Excellent cost performance! Service was great and room condition was good as well.Comment of S. Anna , South Korea the 2016-02-13
My first trip to Korea, and I had no idea what to expect. It turned out there was nothing to worry. Everything was so smooth and easy. You can catch a KAL Limousine bus from the Incheon Airport and it costed 16,000 KRW per way, about 1 hour door to door. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The staff all spoke very good English, they were all very polite and helpful. The room was cute with a big bath room. The hotel is located in a very safe area within Gangnam-gu. Very easy to get anywhere as far as my work was concerned. I would gladly stay in this hotel again.
"Great for business trip (less interesting for vacation visit)."
I had a room on the club levels, which meant that I could go to the breakfast on the 20F (which was much quieter and exclusive, although the breakfast selection was smaller, Tried to see if I could go to the regular breakfast restarurant on the ground floor, but except for the old-style elmwood "nightingale floor", which creaked a little by design Room decor was on the ornate side (befitting the title Imperial Palace). Staff were professional and friendly. Hotel location was near Hakdong station (500m away from the station), and there was a 401 bus near the hotel which can bring you direct to Myeongdong. Sufficient eating places around the hotel, and since this is in the CBD, I spotted a couple of Kinkos within walking distance too. Location was decent, for the price. Location-wise. I would prefer a hotel nearer to a Line 2 subway station (which costs a lot more in Gangnam).
"Grand lobby, clean room, direct airport bus from incheon airport"
I stayed in the hotel twice in Sep and Oct 2017. The room size is big and clean. The hotel is about 5 mins walk from Hakdong subway station. There are few restaurant choices near the hotel. There is direct airport bus transportation between hotel and incheon airport. The bus stops are across the road and in front of the hotel. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Hotel staff at the check-in counter can converse in English.
"Short but satisfying stay"
I was here for the last day of my trip to Seoul. Since the check-in time was 3pm and we arrived around 11am, I expected to leave our luggages with the concierge while we explored gangnam to kill some time. To our surprise, we were allowed early check-in at no additional cost! We were brought up to the spa room, which i highly recommend as it comes with a huge bathtub we agreed could fit up to four and the style of the room itself being unique because they used a futon instead of a normal bed. The ammenities provided are from Skinfood, a reputable brand, with the shower gel smelling exceptionally good. One unfortunate issue was the air-conditioning system - the room was slightly warm despite us adjusting the temperature, with 20 degrees being the lowest. We did not inform staff know since it would’ve been too much trouble to change the room. All things considered, I would like to commend the staff for their effort to ensure our pleasant stay, including assisting us to check the weight of our luggages (which turned out to be 39kg!). Thanks so much, would definitely be back again my next trip!
The design and decor of the hotel was good. Location was very convenience. Close to nearest subway station. Bedding was comfortable. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Overall, everything was good. but the price is too high.
