"Comfortable hotel in convenient location"
Having arrived from a transatlantic flight we were delighted with the comfort provided by this hotel. The beds were among the the most comfortable ever, lots of space in the room and bathroom, and helpful staff. The Century Mall is an easy walk away, with a great range of shops and eateries.
Enjoyed the stay. Customer service is good. Good location. By the time we came to the hotel, room is ready with bottles of water and some goodies. Towels and bedsheets are clean. They changed everyday during our short stay.
"Great Seminar Venue"
The InterContinental in Beverly Hills is a landmark--utilized as a backdrop in many movies, and a beautiful property. It was a great destination for a seminar I worked at, too, albeit a bit pricey overall when compared to DoubleTree and other establishments. However, the atmosphere, accommodations, and view from my room were splendid. The $30 breakfast buffet wasn't really worth it. I would encourage everyone to order off the menu--the Huevos Rancheros were delicious. I needed to adjust the thermostat a few times, especially after the first night there since my voice got quite raspy--as did other seminar attendees. Not sure if something was in the HVAC system. The service was excellent: from Jesse helping me up to my room to Amir at Mari. Likewise, the banquet staff was awesome.
"Best Customer Service"
I stay here once a quarter when I have business meetings in Century City. The customer service here is terrific. Everyone from the front desk, bell desk, room service and maid staff treat you like a valued guest. The rooms are nice and are well set up for both work and relaxation. The rooms I've had lately have had balconies. There is plenty of light, outlets and the air conditioning is easy to control. Rooms look up to date. I highly recommend staying here.
We were here for just a couple of nights as a stopover to NY. If you don't want to leave a hotel then this hotel is for you. We had a corner room with a balcony, great views across to the hills and back to LA City. Very close to Beverley Hills, Venice Beach and Santa Monica - was around $12.00 in an Uber. Hotel has great food, we had breakfast and dinner, also a pretty cool bar, which gets pretty busy in the afternoon/evening. We slept really well with quiet rooms and good bedding. Staff are all fantastic. Excellent Gym with pool & spa. Would definitely stay here again.
