"Nice hotel, perfect location"
Either for business or just to discover the city, this is a perfect spot. Service is good, people friendly, with international standards. I especially enjoyed the street in front, where iinteresting restaurants and shops are gathered.
"Great location, services and rooms."
This is the best hotel I've been in Casablanca. Great space in the rooms, good bar service and restaurant. The hotel is located in a high-end district with plenty of places to shopping and hang-around.
"Good room forniture but old, not 5* service"
I was here for a business trip. Good thinks - Breakfast - Bed in the room is comfortable - Positions Bad thinks - Bad bathroom, old with broken parts - Shower problematic. Red water and really cold... It was impossible to take a shower, after telling that, no apologises from the reception, they just said all hotel are like that - No iron for your shirts in the room - Problem with cc I will trip often to Casablanca, I will try to find something else.
"Acceptble three night stay in this business style hotel"
I arrived in the early hours of the morning after a long flight from Germany and the night manager checked me in with a smile. He told me that the hotel was completely full so when I went up to my room I accepted the fact that there were two single beds pushed together rather than my preference - a double bed. But I was pleased that the room was quite large with a desk, reasonably flat screen TV and an easy chair with foot rest. My room overlooked the main road but fortunately I didn't hear too much of the traffic noise outside apart from the incessant honking of the car horns. The bathroom was clean & functional. Breakfast was an irritation. The choice from the buffet was OK but what bugged me was having to serve myself with coffee from machines which were rarely operable. Then there was the constant need to go in search of cups, bowls, juice, etc. There were more than enough serving staff available (mainly young, sulking girls having a bad day) so why couldn't they check that there was enough of everything available for the busy guests. I gave up on my last day and had my coffee and croissants in the local office. If the local office of my company wasn't next door I'm not sure that I would recommend this place.
