"Fantastic Hotel in a nice and quiet Business area"
I throughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff is fantastic, the business lounge upstairs is a great place to unwind after work and before enjoying the local nightlife. You're relatively close, walking wise, to many places, including the awesome huge park nearby .. or an inexpensive taxi ride to the beach roughly 4 miles away. It's located in the "high-tech" area of Tel-Aviv so if you're here for business, then it's the perfect spot. Free WiFi, incredible breakfast buffet in the mornings, nice modern decor ... and the list goes on. You won't regret staying here. The Guest Relations manager Roni is probably the best thing to ever happen to this hotel. The breakfast staff remembers you, greats you with a warm smile every morning and truly want your day to start perfect. Overall, 100%
"Nice and quite"
Nice hotel in the business area. The staff is very helpfull and the lounge have free coffee and cake. The room was nice and clean and there was fresh free water every day. To go to the city center is easy and cheap with the bus (189).
"It's good but with some room to improve. "
Water in the Middle East is key. Even if you decide to charge for water in the room, it should be there. Not just an empty mini bar. I've been here many times. I always wonder why not leave some water. It would make it closer to a 4 star for me. The buffet is good for breakfast and the stuff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, however I think they could bleach the floors more. Don't go barefoot in your room. Athletes foot has visited my toes from walking barefoot on the floors a few times. The taxi they booked for me to leave this eeek was shady. They said he took credit cards. He called my card numbers over the phone to someone and it took a bunch of extra time. The driver also piled two strangers onto the car, refused to meter and charged me NIS 160 and the other two NIS 200. Why send me off with a con artist ' It makes you look bad by ripping off customers in the way out. Lesson learned. Use Uber. Don't trust the hotel to hire an honest taxi. Overall though I like the hotel which is why I give it high marks.
It is a good place if you have meetings near by. Beni and his colleagues in the front desk are great. No very convenient if you want to do tourism though. It could be better, a bottle of water as a compliment would add a little touch or having cleaner rugs will add points. Breakfast is good, has variety and is nicely presented.
"You have a choice! You can do better for the price."
The good first. Obviously a no-brainer to find. There will always be parking, free or for a reasonable multi-access fee. The A/C is responsive. A large business lounge open for many hours, with snacks, etc. Very large room windows. Whimsical b&w period photographs on corridors. The indifferent: Black all over. Black clad staff. Black flooring in rooms, black napkins. Some may like it that way, but even micronic dirt is highlighted. The bad: The room floor is an industrial-grade seriously abrasive black plastic. The TV has a secret log-in (after my savvy efforts failed, reception said 'must get the remote VERY near the set'). Mismatched modern faucets and modern sinks guarantee splash. Bathroom lighting too dim for a good shave. And all is capped, nay, crowned, by INCREDIBLY slow room service, that delivered, among other reasonably good stuff, a seeds and nuts salad with lots of SAND (from probably perfunctorily washed celery).
