The hotel's location on the Avenida de la Constitución is ideal: 15 minutes from the airport, a few metres from the train and bus stations and the University campus, a short walk from the heart of the city and only three minutes from the Gran Via de Colon, which leads to the Albaicin, Alhambra and the Generalife.
The hotel provides spectacular views of the Alhambra and this beautiful city and for lovers of nature, it is only 30 kilometres from the Sierra Nevada mountains.

"Nice Cityhotel in perfect Location"
The hotel is very centrally located in the old town of Granada all the sights are within walking distance. The rooms are very nice bright and spacious. The breakfast buffet has totally inspired us a large selection of cold and were dishes which were also presented very appealing. Conclusion: price / performance ratio is absolutely TOP! We can highly recommend this house.
"Not 4 star"
Chose this hotel for its proximity to local attractions and because it was rated 4 star. The receptionist decided to give my two sons and I a double room even though we booked and paid for a triple room without any explanation. When i went downstairs again to ask why we had only 2 beds, he quickly gave us our triple room but gave no explanation' Definitely not 4 star. Rooms were old and outdated and tv is from the 80s. Breakfast buffet is scarce and eggs were snatched up like gold dust and only came out after we waited ages for them. Coffee is very nice though. At € 10 per head, it is better to eat out. Shower was good and toiletries replenished each day except one day when we had to ask them. For some reason our room was missed. Reptionists really are not very helpful about local area. They didnt seem that willing to help with anything other than calling a taxi for the airport! We ended up asking the locals and the bus drivers.
I was amazed at the laid back attitude if staff in the face of problems. I had to keep upbeat with them to get basic, promised service including water in the rooms (which is advertised). No laundry/ironing service as advertised At check-in staff decided to leave us waiting after taking our passports and have a cigarette (which we could see in the camera!). Everything was blamed on the changing management, I do think this affects things but altogether people can sort through this, clearly this place is badly managed. The rooms are not four star, seriously we're in Europe.
4 Star' The facilities were very basic and appeared to cater more for conferences than guests. There was no restaurant - the only food available was from a bar/cafeteria. Even then the menu was very basic. The room was very disappointing with no coffee/tea making facilities and the mini bar was 'stocked' with just water. The toilet was a pain as the lid would not stay up and kept falling against my back. The business centre was not working on the only occasion we needed to do some printing .
We spent two nights here in early July, 2017. The hotel is very clean and the staff were friend;y. The breakfast range (continental and English) was first class. The location is very good, being about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Granada. The rooms were clean and fresh, although the sixties-style television could do with an upgrade! There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walk and the hotel has it's own bar providing a range of snacks and meals. The car park is very secure (underground) although at €18 per night a little pricey - but then it is in a City Centre. Will definitely stay again and can recommend. The only real drawback was that the hotel bar closed at 11.00pm (prompt)!
