Terrible management
We booked a one bedroom suite at this hotel for our first trip to Chicago. We had to cancel the reservation the day before arriving due to a death. We were charged nearly $500 for a cancellation fee. ...

Great location!
We loved our stay here! Great location with plenty of room for my husband and I and two teenagers. The unit was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
