1st time staying at the Luxor.
It takes a day or two getting your bearings walking around. It’s very large with winding hallways either numerous tower elevators. Staff are all very helpful! Prices of purchased drinks, meals, etc...

they need to update hotel and induce better training for staff
front desk is extremely rude and snappy… Lines are long up front ! resort is rundown! Got stuck in elevator because button was stuck.
Past it's Prime
Hotel has definitely seen better days. Broken elevator buttons made getting to and from the room questionable each time.
Rooms are run down and smells like wet dirty carpet in rooms
Run down, unpleasant smell in rooms on 21 st floor. Down graded without being told. TV is fuzzy and building needs maintenance
