Dissapointment in Mallorca
The staff need basic hospitality training. You do both want to start a vacation having to figure out how to access a hotel without breaking any local traffic laws.
Fabulous Hotel
Beautiful hotel, room was very spacious, breakfast each morning was lovely. All staff are very helpful, professional and friendly, this hotel is so central, we will definitely stay here again.
