This hotel is by far the best in Miami! Best service overall. From the valet staff to the housekeeping staff, to the front desk staff, and the servers at the reasturant. We were treated with such genuine care. I would highly recommend this hotel to family's as we travels with our 9 month old and we're greeted with a teddy bear for him!

This is my 10th visit to the Mandarin Oriental Miami. I always feel like I am at home here because even if a year goes by the staff remember to greet me as if it had only been a week that I was last here. The lobby is so welcoming , elegant and soothing that I am immediately at peace and feel so much joy when I walk thru the front doors. There is always someone to greet and help me at every turn. The room on the 17th floor (room 1719) has an amazing view of the bay and the city view which is one of my favorite skylines in the world. It's so peaceful , and the modern elegance and luxury of the Mandarin Oriental rooms always make me feel like royalty. The large soaking tubs and beautiful bathroom has always been one of my favorite parts of the room. The technology and the amenities are the best The management and guest relations team at the MOMIA are some of the best I have known. And the desire they have to make me feel special and valued is above and beyond. I will never stay anywhere else in the Miami area. This is the most wonderful place I can speak of
Extraordinary Hotel, beautiful in all aspects with great service and delicious food at La Mar restaurant from acclaimed chef Gastón Acurio. The hotel's location at Brickell is great just in front of the bay...very nice for going jogging in the mornings. Also very close to Miami Design District where you can find wonderful top designer shops. Overall, a very romantic and high end hotel !

My husband and I stayed at the MO for a weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff were friendly, the room was luxurious, and the view from our suite was just lovely. The hotel is also very conveniently located near to great restaurants, a cinema and public transport. In particular, however, I would like to single out the Mixologist, Annie, at the MO Bar. Not only was she attentive and polite (to patrons and her staff) while managing the signature and bustling Friday Happy Hour, but when we had a drink on Saturday evening, had remembered seeing us the night before, came over for a chat and proceeded to make the two most sublime Mezcal cocktails we had ever had the pleasure of savoring. Thank you Annie. Such friendliness and professionalism truly makes a lasting impact on a memory.

I typically love the Mandarin Hotels however; our experience at this location was so disappointing. My major gripe about our stay was the lack of service. We stayed 1 night before our cruise & specifically asked for an early check in 10am. When we arrived the rooms were not ready until after 11am, so we took the kids and went to the on site restaurant, La Mar (which was very good, probably the best part of our trip) We spent the day at the pool & while they had plenty of staff and only a few guests at the pool, we received no service. When I needed to order food or drinks I had to walk up to the bar to get service. Additionally, when we were done with lunch I had to clear our tables. Only when I put our plates on top of the trash can did a staff person come over to collect the plates. Then on 2/7 I went jogging in the morning & after my jog entering the hotel, there were about 4 to 5 staff standing around talking. So I grabbed a water & opened the door to the hotel myself without any greeting or acknowledgement. I hesitated to write this review, but others have had similar experiences & I wish I took their advice & picked another hotel. This hotel is overpriced for a less than mediocre service at a Mandarin Hotel.
