"Best resort in Key West"
Great location near everything. Reasonable pricing, Good food and selections and view at dining location. Room was large and very clean. Great views from balcony overlooking marina and ocean. Very nice beds and bedding. Staff very friendly and helpful.
This week has been amazing . hotel is clean rooms are spacious beds are comfortable beautiful beac too! two pools w amazing staff including Lilly and Ester Wilson and Philipe too! they all went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. Restaurants on property and along broadwalk have been delicious (Nicks , broadwalk italian restaurant ) easy access to trolly to head downtown too. we will be sad to head home but we will make sure we will be back.
"Ocean front view"
Perfect. Great location. We had an clean ocean front room on the corner that over looked the boardwalk and ocean. A word of advice, the cruise liners do dock right in front of you for the day, totally blocking your view.. it did leave at 6pm before sunset though. Clean double queen room. Free unlimited bottled water is great. Room was clean and spacious.
"Beautiful room and view, but disappointed dishonesty about storm damage!"
In a perfect world, pre-hurricane Irma this hotel would have been perfect and so would have been our room. We paid top dollar for an ocean front room Fantasy Fest weekend. I was told on the phone a week before the event that the hotel had not had any storm damage. That was a false statement. The marina and bridge to Mallory Square was taken out during hurricane Irma. The best part of having an ocean front room and staying on the boardwalk is access to Malory Square's Sunset celebration. When I spoke with the front desk about my disappointment, she acted like I was lying about someone telling me there was not damage. Also, when I went to make a cup of coffee in my room all of the creams were spoiled. I wish that the hotel had been honest with us and maybe offered a small break in price. The room was clean and comfortable and for the most part the location was perfect. I have a home in the Florida Keys, and I understand the awful damage that the storm caused. But, be honest with your guest and let them decide for themselves if they still want to stay at your hotel.
