"Luxury Marriott property in London"
Stayed for 5 nights on points in January 2017. The hotel is lovely. The standard rooms are a bit small but after confirming my Gold status I was upgraded to an Executive room with a view of Hyde Park. It was fantastic and spacious. The lounge has an excellent selection of foods at b'fast, tea and dinner. The location worked well for us and the service was at a high level. The only suggestion I would make is that they should get the same mattresses as the Grosvenor Square property because those are the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in and these beds were a little hard. That said - I would still stay here when in London.
"An excellent end to a pedestrian evening..."
Stayed here several times over last few years. Always excellent. Still is. Great reception, great concierge - only niggle is that in the bar I asked for 2 glasses of champagne - and was served with Prosecco - am being picky. Breakfast ok-ish but staff really willing and courteous. Would stay again, and again, and again!
"A great stay - once we got there :)"
My wife and I had an excellent stay - the hotel is beautiful inside, very clean and sharp looking. Out taxi driver dropped us off at a different Marriott just down the street on Park Lane, but once we sorted this out the staff at the Park Lane Marriott were extremely accommodating and provided an upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking Hyde Park. The executive lounge just off the lobby was very cozy and had first class beverages and snacks. The staff provided an excellent recommendation for lunch nearby at the Grazing Goat. Being tired from the overnight travel we stayed in for dinner and had a nice meal in the hotel restaurant. The location is also excellent - adjacent to Hyde Park and the Marbel Arch tube station. I look forward to staying here again.
"Wonderful, Friendly, and Peaceful!"
I honestly can not say enough good things about this location. I arrived early in the morning around 730am, and had to wait for my room to become available. They provided access to the executive lounge for breakfast and a comfortable place to relax while mine room was cleaned. The lady at the front desk was wonderfully delightful and made checking in a delight. Once my room was ready they escorted me to the room and my luggage was promptly delivered by the bell hops. The room was spacious and the bed was like sleeping on a heavenly cloud. The room was facing the street, but I never heard a sound. It had to be one of the most peaceful stays I have had in a long time. The bathroom had heated towel racks for your towels. The bathroom was as spacious as the sleeping area itself. Every person I came into contact with at this hotel was friendly and willing to help any way they can. The hotel has a great location for attractions and located right on the Central Tube for quick and painless access to anywhere in the city you want to go. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in London, either for business or pleasure.
"Perfect location for London Trip"
London Marriott Hotel Park Lane is a small to medium hotel in London but their location is perfect, coz it’s very closed to underground station (Marble Arch), and also closed to Oxford Street and Regent Street (Good for shopping and Food) . The building I heard is just after renovation , actually it’s elegant and new. Decoration is combined of both modern and classic design. The only problems for us were the area of room size (a bit small) and they do not provide slippers. Since we stayed at executive room , so we could enjoy their executive lounge everyday, the food and environment was impressive. Perfect for friends , family or couple to enjoy their time in London. Mostly their staff were very friendly and helpful to everyone when we asked them for comment or recommendation. I think everyone will love this place and should stay at least once if they consider to come to London.
