Cherry was amazing, lookout for her if you are in. The food is just great coupled with great ambience and music. It’s a great place to go when on lunch and even dinner. On Thursdays you get a solo act who sings acoustic versions of the latest songs.
"Brunch at Media one Hotel/ Qwerty Restaurant"
its been some time we visit this place after work and its one of my favorites :) they are very friendly and peaceful place, some time a go we received this voucher for free brunch and we used it yesterday, nothing too big and special but as i said its a friendly and quit place, there was this waiter called Meirbek he is so friendly and looks well after you
"Legendary customer service! "
When I first walked into this hotel I first met with Zahid and vadym. They satisfied my needs as soon as I requested service. I have traveled to over 18Countries and stayed in over 100 hotels and this hotel has to be one of the best I have ever experienced.
"A Modern Hotel for the Young Ones"
I really find the design of this hotel to be hip and chic. It so modern that young people would really appreciate it. It has a nice restaurant (QWERTY) which also fits perfectly to the younger generation. I like the pool area with the bar. However, during summer I pity those who work at the pool as it's sooo hot. The rooms are clean, I love the shower and jacuzzi. :) The location is nice, it is close to the Nakheel metro station and just walking distance to the Dubai Amphitheatre. This is a very nice hotel but lacks class & elegance. I understand that this is a 4-star hotel, but some travellers stay in a hotel for a great experience. I am not sure if that experience that most travellers want can be found here. There is just something missing in this hotel... There wasn't any excitement that I felt while staying there. The place is good for business trips and not for vacation and travel. ;) People are friendly though... :)
"Could have been two stars but for the staff who are great"
Let's start with the things that were good about the hotel: * the rooms are of a good standard. Great start for any hotel!. Beds are good and the rooms are a reasonable size. Amenities are not too bad either. * the staff are all clearly very well drilled in customer service. Whoever is responsible in the hotel for team training is doing a great job. All staff were polite and efficient. We used a meeting room and the organiser Bhernalyn was very helpful. * restaurants were solid without being spectacular. * pool is very nice. And the not so good: * for some unimaginable reason, the GYM DOESN't OPEN UNTIL 6.30am' Why, why, why would you do this in a hotel which seems to go after the business market''' This wold be such an easy thing for the hotel to fix given the dozens of staff they have on hand. Please look at this and consider opening the gym much earlier. For business travellers like myself this is an absolute deal breaker when I travel. Our days start early and we need access to the gym well before 6.30am. * the hot water in my room wasn't hot but rather luke warm for my entire stay. The water pressure was pretty poor as well. Ok for one night but I was here for five. * the hotel noise is a major issue. They have music blearing through Level 8 and it so loud at times you can't hear yourself think. I understand the hotel is marketing itself to be a cool and hip place to stay but please turn down the volume in the public areas! Another unnecessary minus which could be immediately fixed. Overall, would I stay here again' No I wouldn't for business, there are too many other options in Dubai. For a short holiday stop over, maybe.
