"Nice Reservation Team"
While I was booking the hotel, the reservation team was very helpful and they offered me the most flawless service! Would like to say special thanks to Diana, Josephine and Agnes. Let's go team !!! :)
Everything was magical. It was amazing and beautiful, the reccomendation was good but after I came there everyting was even better in person. And of course every respect for the peoplen who are workingthere.
"10th floor "UPGRADE" - Room 1017"
My wife chose this hotel to visit for a night. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff was friendly. We were placed in what was supposedly an upgraded room. The room had a great view but definitely was not an upgraded room, which wasn't a big deal. I could care less about how the room looks. When we were getting ready to venture out of the hotel we heard karaoke going on which was playing clearly through our room like it was coming through a speaker. We left the hotel around five and came back at 12:00 pm to the sound of bass blasting, rumbling and shaking our room. I called downstairs to ask if they could possible turn off the bass...the music was fine...but the bass was brutal. After 30 minutes nothing. So I called again and asked what time the music was going to stop...I was told 2 AM. At 2:30 AM the bass and the music was still going strong. I then went down to the floor below to see this awesome party...there was a total of 6 people there. So once again I called down and they said "we extend the time one hour" so the music and bass wouldn't stop until 3 am. We were offered to move to a different room but being 2:30 am we held out until 3 am. I don't like to complain, that's my wives job. But I highly doubt this hotel was sold out...and don't understand why we were placed in a room that I'm sure numerous individuals complain about while visiting...and that staff member surely know is a brutal room to be in. The general manager should spend a night in this room to understand the sheer torture of it. Every staff member should spend a night in it. We asked to be reached out by a manager. Didn't happen. Even gave my business card. I work in hospitality.
Overall service is very good. Loud music is not exiting during nighttime when business people should rest. Service from staff is very good and food and beverage is also very good for fair price. Location is good to reach beach and marina.
