The hotel’s location near the bus and metro stations as well as the international airport makes moving throughout the city easy, while its proximity to the Dubai International Financial Centre and Dubai World Trade Centre benefits business travellers.

"One to go back to"
This was my first stay here and i chose it for proximity to DIFC whilst remaining reasonable price wise. The website showed some quite funky decor in the communal parts and it has a pool. I was really pleased with my choice. There were a couple of people checking in before me and i had to wait maybe 5-10 minutes. The receptionist promptly upgraded me as he said i had had to wait a long time and i was given the most amazing suite with lounge, bedroom, daybed area, desk, table and icing on the cake a bath with a stunning view over Dubai. I spent a full 30 minutes sitting in the room debating whether to go out in the evening or just enjoy the room. I did go out a bit but came back and ordered room service. The Arabic set menu at 99AED was really good value and the food was really delicious and very copious (frankly i could have done with half the amount). I didn't use the other facilities but the downstairs bar looked inviting as did the cafe area. The staff were young and friendly and i just loved it.
Very good modern hotel. Large room with very comfortable separated washroom, bath and shower and we. Good location near metro. A bit far away from city centre. Not many facilities in the neighbourhood, but 3 restaurants to in hotel. Excellent breakfast. Swimming pool small, but pleasant.
The delux room was good especially with panoramic view The twin room is not very well structured. You can hear next room noise Not flexible with the cancelation or changing. I booked and after 5 minutes exactly I asked to cancel as I wanted to change the hotel, they refused to refund me, even though booking.com was ok with it. No need to be too strict if you are confident with your hotel
This hotel is very good. It could be excellent, but falls short on details which are strictly first world problems. It is still frustrating that something which could be excellent trips itself up. Like most Dubai hotels, they are better than the equivalent in New York, Paris or London: they are newer, with more space and better fittings for the price. This hotel has vast rooms, which would be suites in most other countries. It is clean and well equipped; it is in a good location near the metro so it has easy access to most of Dubai; the staff are good and the breakfast is great. The communal areas are suitably funky and fashionable, if that matters to you. It is on the detail that it falls short. The rooms make the mistake of going for sophistication, not simplicity. This is a problem if you are a visitor to Dubai, arriving tired after a long flight (which most people are): Do you really want to spend twenty minutes working out what all the knobs and switches do I can close the curtains faster manually than searching for the right button to close them, especially when the curtain closing button for the bathroom is unmarked and in another room. Doh. You need ingenuity and patience to get the kettle to work The aircon is set to freezing (16 degrees) and is hidden behind a heavy door. The clock is eight minutes slow, which could cause embarrassment if you are then late for a meeting The bathrobes are hidden in a cupboard nowhere near the bathroom and the iron is equally hard to find. If you can operate the phone system you will be awarded a PhD in phoneology. I will have mastered the mystery of life before I master the mystery of the lighting system Single ply toilet paper Sink plug does not work Aside from the sophistication challenge, there are details which just do not work. The shower was tepid at all settings; a colleague had a shower which was scalding at all settings. The soap tray in the shower is too small to hold soap plus the hotel toiletries (and it was loose):; they should put another one in. At breakfast, the cereals are hidden away and you have to hunt for them. The one real let down was the noise: the walls seem paper thin. I can testify that the couple next door enjoyed a long night of carnal relations and that the disco two floors down was in fine form. I did not enjoy either. But the health club and gym are both good; it would be better if the pool was open longer in the morning and evening. These are all first world problems; I would happily stay here again. I just want it to make the extra effort to pull itself up to outstanding; it is very close.
