AC didn't work!
Rude staff at the reception, AC didn't work it only worked 2nd and 3 night after they "fixed" the 1st and last night was really bad we couldn't sleep... Room service was always wrong always missing it...

Great service
We came down to have breakfast just after arriving from the airport, Gloria was really kind and helpfull with our kids, gave them a great omelet, and we enjoyed the fresh fruit.
