"Boston Run Turns Bloody"
I stayed at this hotel for business. Hoping to relax before a tough morning business conference, I went for a run. Two miles from the hotel, I tripped on a grate, went flying through the air like a crazed superman, and skidded across some grand Boston cement. My hand, knee, and elbow looked pretty horrible and felt just as delightful. Falling as an adult is nothing like when we were kids. When I returned to the hotel with blood over me, the staff made sure that I had everything I needed to clean up before I put on my suit. This is just one part of the reason that I love this hotel. There are many more: The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the views are great, and the food in the restaurant is delicious. I could only go on from there. It is my go to hotel when I stay in Boston and I look forward to returning.
The staff at the Klimpton are amazing. Friendly. Helpful. The hotel is in an amazing location with so many things in walking distance. The rooms comfortable and set up for business or comfort. And of course - the bed ...... it was outstanding.
"Love this Kimpton!"
Super friendly, helpful service. We literally have a smile on our faces the whole time because of the friendliness of the staff, from door to desk to housekeeping! We stay here all the time. And the free wine at happy hour is an added bonus!

"Good but not my favourite Kimpton "
We stayed for a few days at either end of our tour and although the hotel was lovely, I felt it was more suited to business travellers than tourists. We had a lovely big room and on our anniversary arrived back to find a bottle of champagne and some chocolate dipped strawberries which was very kind. We found the Kimpton chain a few years ago and will make an effort to find these hotels when travelling but if we come to Boston again I would choose to be nearer the harbour area.
