The Oaks Hervey Bay
The room and view were excellent. I would have given a perfect review if it wasn't for the cigarette smoke wofting up from one of the residents balconies.
No Need for Improvement
Staff polite, friendly and accommodating. Helpful with advice and forthcoming with information. Room super clean, bed ultra comfy, spa bath superb :-)
outdated
Rooms very outdated. not much flexibility on checkout. Needs a good clean up. No aircon in Master Bedroom, Waste in sink broken, toilets badly stained

Fantastic resort, impressive swimming pools especially as one is heated. Close to restaurants and the urangan pier for lovely walks and also the views are impressive.
Family wedding Hervey Bay
Our stay at the The Oaks was lovely. We chose a three room unit. The rooms were large, the views were nice, showers fantastic, WIFI excellent. Overall, a lovely stay. We'll be back.
