"October sun in a modern hotel"
Having checked online for transfers from Ibiza Airport to the hotel we found that the cost for two travelers was very high, quotes ranges from £112 - £140. I decided to call the hotel to find a solution, the person on the other end of the phone was very helpful and told us that a taxi would cost around 25euro each way. It was! Arriving at the hotel, the check in was quick and easy, we were given our wristbands and provided with a welcome pack with information on the hotel in general and restaurant timings. The rooms were very modern and clean with everything that you need - including soaps, shower essentials, hair drier and towels. There is a minibar fridge in the room which can be stocked at a reasonable price by speaking to the bar staff (we didn't bother). there is also a safety deposit box which can be rented for a small fee plus deposit. Towels for use by the pool are free, although a 10euro deposit is required for each towel. you can change the towels as many time as you wish! There was an excellent array of food available at meal times including fresh fruit and desserts. Breakfast included cava! and a very good selection of cooked or continental food. Personally I found eating at the restaurant a bit like a school kitchen experience with the self service, albeit with excellent food and in the evenings we preferred to go out to the local restaurants. Although when we did use the hotel restaurant for dinner the food was very good. I should mention the self service buffet/bar by the pool where you will find a great selection of nibbles and snacks from crisps to burgers & hot dogs or make your own sandwich or toastie! Beer, tea and coffe, fizzy drinks or juice on self service taps was great! There seemed to be a lot to do for kids and the entertainments team worked hard to make sure that adults were well catered for too, with poolside competitions and fun for all! There is a lovely beach which is around 5-8 minutes walk from the hotel and there is an excellent restaurant here where a 3 course evening meal for 2 cost around 80euro including beers and a bottle of wine. The sunset is very nice and the restaurant was the perfect way to end the day, there was also a pyrotechnic show with dancers on the beach at around 8pm. There are a handful of other restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well. Getting around couldn't be easier as there is a bus stop a few meters from the hotel, catch bus number 2 to San Antonio for around 1.35euro pp and from San Antonio to Ibiza town for another 2 euros pp. Ibiza town is worth the visit, lovely tapas bars and the although the walk around old town can be challenging for those with mobility issues its worth the climb to the top. Overall this was an excellent trip, the hotel was well worth the 4 stars and can be compared to a UK 4 star. The staff and customer services were excellent as were the pools, entertainment staff and overall facilities.
"Very nice hotel for couples and families"
We went several times in Ibiza and this hotel is great for quality and service. Staff at the reception very helpfull ... a little bit far from the center of Sant'Antonio but there's the bus stop nearby.

My children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel with all its facilities and outstandingly friendly and helpful staff . There were lots of activities for the children and a nice mix of age groups and nationalities. Its layout gave a feeling of intimacy and spaciousness with no hint of feeling you were in a huge holiday complex .
